Conditions

The property is privately owned, fully equipped and furnished to a very high standard. A local bi-lingual manager will arrange for the house to be cleaned once a week (included in rental charge) and will be on hand to assist if required.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:

  • Families are welcome. No children under the age of 8yrs.
  • Smoking in the house is STRICTLY forbidden.
  • No pets.
  • On-site security procedures to be followed at all times.

    • RENTAL CHARGES:

  • July & August: €2,000 per week
  • June & September: €1,700 per week
  • April & May: €1,500 per week
  • October - March: €1,000 per week

    • PAYMENT:

    Deposit of €800 with booking - refundable at the end of the rental period, subject to any dilapidations or breakages. Non-refundable in the case of cancellation.

    50% of rental due 2 months prior to arrival. Non-refundable in the case of cancellation.

    Remaining 50% to be received prior to arrival.
